According to research completed within the last 12 months by Towers-Watson, companies continue to find it challenging to hire good talent:
- 66% have problems attracting critical-skill employees
- 49% have trouble attracting high-potential employees
- 41% have problems retaining critical-skill employees
No doubt about it – these are times of unprecedented change.
